We aim to respond to all enquiries within 1–2 business days.

We offer free local shipping on all orders $50 and above. For orders below $50, we charge a $3 flat rate for standard shipping.

Yes! We ship internationally to selected countries.

Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your destination. If you're located outside Singapore, please contact us at hello@parisdog.sg before placing your order. Our team will be happy to provide a shipping quotation and estimated delivery timeframe.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Yes. If you require your order urgently, self-collection can be arranged from our New Bahru store.
